T&E Is a great bunch if guys that get in and do you a satisfying job on your truck . Doesn't matter if it's tires or mechanical it's done right.

First off Google maps had me a lil skeptical on where I was going, location is not far off interstate road and is narrow, but my fully loaded tanker made it though just fine. Big Company sign in front to direct you to shop. All the staff was professional and got me in and out. After everything was done and got on the road, I noticed my truck was driving worse 🥺😫🤦🏾‍♂️. Called Chad the next morning and went over what could possibly be the issue in which he recommended that due to my steer tire wear have it switched/ turned inside out along with a balance. Just got that done today, and now my truck rides like it should. 🚛 Thanks, Chad !! Oh, and sorry for the long review, which I don't be reading myself 😂

Had a slight miscue on 4/26/24 or at arrival time and had to wait approximately an hr and half, but as they say, the wait was worth every minute. I was just happy that Chad would even consider taking me in on the second half of any Friday. I got there around 11am and had the chance to meet the office crew at T&E Service. Found Chad was out of the office, not there. Was given his ph#, called and left msg.. Approximately 1:45pm got call from Chad to pull up and into Bay#1. Within what seemed like minutes his eagle eye and expertise saw I needed rear suspension bushings. That’s when I got switched over to T&E Service. Making matters more difficult the bushings were out of stock and had to be sourced. I requested to also replace all shock absorbers and believe they also needed sourcing. Didn’t seem to phase this operation as it ‘s a common occurrence with limited warehouse space and volume of business done through the week , everyone rises to the challenge. Approximately 4:45pm all parts had been changed out for new and truck now ready for Chad’s magic. Seemed like less than an hour later he was done and giving me his seal of approval. Sadly, it left no time to work on replacing steer

I can’t even describe what an amazing job chad has done for my truck. I was suggested to see him by many other happy owner operators to get a real alignment done. The hype was definitely not for show. He’s extremely knowledgeable about his work, tells you what is wrong, why, how he’s gonna fix it, and after it’s said and done gives you advice on what to do next. My truck drives so much better than it ever has since I obtained it. This man deserves a pure 5-star rating hands down. Truck drives straight and I’m not holding the steering wheel left to go straight. I was ecstatic on how he was practically teaching me on what he was doing as he was doing it. You get to watch him work his magic and see how the alignment is done. I’m amazed. I’m not very mechanical oriented as I want to be but I definitely picked up some knowledge on all of this because of him. Highly recommend.
